Unfortunately, time did not permit me to do the proper research before making a big purchase. Last month my car flooded and consequently my insurance company did not cover flood damage in this area. Gary Lewis was the sales experts for my case. He was knowledgeable of cars and understood my budget and my urgency to get a car. My experience with Eastern Motors was amazing. They provided financing and car warranty for a fair price. The best part was driving away with the sedan that I wanted fitting within my budget and I don't think It would have happen without Mr. Lewis diligence and patience. More

My first time buying a car wasnt so stressful It was my first time buying a car and with my name on it!! I didnt even go in tge dealer to get a car because I didnt know that I would qualify. AMAZING OVERALL EXPERIENCE!!!! I was looking to buy my third vehicle... which led me to Eastern Motors, because I had heard such wonderful things from not only my friends, but even I was looking to buy my third vehicle... which led me to Eastern Motors, because I had heard such wonderful things from not only my friends, but even acquaintances! Specifically, the Temple Hills location. I live in Lorton, VA and even drove 25 miles just to guarantee myself not only a great deal, but great service, as well. Tu and Carlos both took such extremely wonderful care of me! I felt very important and at ease. Once I found the car I wanted, they each made the process so easy. This was my first time purchasing a car without any assistance from my dad, so it was a bit intimidating at first when I would think about having to do it alone, but Carlos and Tu both made sure I fully understood everything and had provided me with such a great deal! I left with not only a new car, but a feeling of genuine happiness and feeling as if I was rewarded!! Overall wonderful experience by providing me with such fabulous, top-knotch customer service, an amazing deal on a car, and in a high quality facility...! Recommend to anyone and everyone!
