They sale cars with major problems I brought 2016 Buick LaCrosse with only about 27,000 from Eastern Automotive in Temple Hills Md. After a month the radio went out in my car. I took I brought 2016 Buick LaCrosse with only about 27,000 from Eastern Automotive in Temple Hills Md. After a month the radio went out in my car. I took it back to eastern’s and they told me I had to take it to Buick Dealership because my car was still under factory warranty. It took me a month for the Buick dealership to get my car back. My radio still wasn’t fixed. A week later my car cuts off while I was driving on 495. I had to have my car towed to the dealership because I couldn’t start or roll up my windows because nothing was working on my car.. After I got my car back. My radio still wasn’t working right. Now my car has a oil leak and I haven’t had my first oil change.. the only reason why I brought my car from eastern’s because I thought my car would be Reliable but I been to the auto shop about 6 times for the last 3 months.. Eastern’s Motors hasn’t did anything to help me get the problems fix now I’m paying 640 a month for a car that has major electrical problems.. I contacted my sales person Devin Barret about the problems I was having basically he said it wasn’t his problem... Now I feel like I was made a fool.. More
