Easterns Automotive Group I bought a car from EASTERNS MOTORS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP on May 17th at the temple hills location on st barnabas rd. I was told a week later that the car had to be returned after only having it a week, because Jordan the salesperson who was working with me called me a week later and told me i had to bring the car back because the bank decided not to move on with the loan, cool ! I bought the car back, and it’s now been 2 WHOLE xxx MONTHS and i stull haven’t gotten my $1200 that i initially put down. TONY the manager and GLENDA the sales person told me over the phone i would get my money back by calling corporate the corporate number they give it’s a line that is out of service . I called back, TONY told me if i called customer care they would process a refund for me, i called CUSTOMER CARE! SAM on the phone told me i wasn’t suppose to get a refund because they don’t have a refund policy, but because so many people told me i wpuld get a refund, they now have to “investigate” and get in contact with the OWNER to process a refund for me. xxxx near 2 months later after i only had the car for a xxxxin week. RUN ME MY MONEY ! Please. Easterns
