Custmer Service I had put a downpayment on a car at the end of March. Unfortunately I was unable to make the purchase at that time. I knew in a month or so that I wou I had put a downpayment on a car at the end of March. Unfortunately I was unable to make the purchase at that time. I knew in a month or so that I would be ready so I would let them hold the deopsit. Now it time for me to purchase the car. I came to purchase the car. The salesman come to me and said the that the deopsit has been refunded on April 26, 2017. This Memorial Day Banks are close no way of verifying. I paid the deopsit using my debit card. I knew that I still had receipt.. Not one time did Roinne come to talk about money , he acted like he did not want me to be in his space but unfortunately for he when my money was involved I was in space asking when what where. He did not have the right answer to. Rinne asked this young lady what date that the money was refunded on the computer. Told her that you could put into the computer and not do a refund. I am think of my self of be kind being smart. I have a. smart phone. That which has basically my life on it. I standing here looking at my bank statement no monies were deposited in my account. Then they wanted to argue until. I used some choice words. I felled to to tell that road Amtrak 2 hours away from home. All of of this taking place at 545 where it was to late to get union station. So yes I really piss. So now have a headache. He tells he me that O can take the car but that I have to get a deal tag. Oh no I have to wk in the morning. I told the that I would fedex there tag back t p them on there dime. That was not good enough. I had to miss a day of work to come back to finish. The deal. When I got there one would think as a manager he would had greeted me would had apologized for the inconvenience but in steed sit behind the desk like I did him a favor. Roinne never one time say that the issue was handled. Roinne in steed of you trying to get my c.c. should have try to not try not to loss a customer. The hold time I was there he ask for my c.c number3x. I did not.I Only sell in CERTIFIED FUNDS SIR! More

My experience with Mr. Amir Taghi Direct Car Buy immediately offered excellent pricing on a vehicle I had my eye on, worried it was out of my budget but Amir made it possible to aim to Direct Car Buy immediately offered excellent pricing on a vehicle I had my eye on, worried it was out of my budget but Amir made it possible to aim towards my budget with the vehicle I wanted. I'm a very impatient person, so Amir made the process speedy yet steady. I was able to quickly find the car I wanted, demo it, and complete the PAPERWORK!! (what I usually dread the most at car dealerships) such that I was able to drive the new car home and leave them with my old trade in.
