Great Helpful Crew I was stuck on the road couple times when i decided to go buy a car. None of the Dealerships were satisfying enough. One of my friend recommended me to go to directcarbuying in sterling. I thought i was going to be giving a similar excuse that i had at other dealerships. A guy Name Nik approached me with a nice smile asking me how my day was.It was a different kind of welcome that i was not expecting. He walked me through the process and explained everything. Such a nice team to solve people;s problems. I definitely recommend this dealership. More

Horrible First Experience of Car Buying I purchased a Honda CRV from this dealer and from the first contact I made with them I heard nothing except lies! Since I had to drive several hours t I purchased a Honda CRV from this dealer and from the first contact I made with them I heard nothing except lies! Since I had to drive several hours to the dealer location, first I called them to make sure about the condition and the price of the car. I emphasized that I would drive the long way only if the car body is clean (without scratches and dents) and if the final price (including tax) is 15k. Otherwise, I had better deals with other dealers which I preferred. The guy on phone insisted that the car is clean inside and out and he assured that he could set up the "out-of-door" price as I wanted. So, regretfully, I missed my other great deals and drove to this dealer! When I first saw the car, I was surprised how someone could talk to you with every single word a lie! While I was shocked the salesman, who was another guy (btw I never could meet the guy on phone!) kept pushing me to buy the car in a deceptive manner. The car was so dirty, inside and out!, and the dirt covered all over the body that even hid part of the dents and scratches! (I even suspect that they intentionally covered the dents with dirt or some other material). The salesman claimed that the car is 1-owner (a lie! it had 2 previous owners) Honda certified; that the car is inspected by Honda itself (I am not sure even such a thing exists that Honda inspect and certify used cars with 2 previous owners!). They even did not accept the agreement on the price we made on phone and sold it 2k more. I drove the car home and the next day I noticed leakage under the car. I bent to see what is leaking I suddenly noticed that part of the body at the bottom of the car is also broken! The next day rain washed out part of the dirt on the body and more dents started to pop out!!! Finally, their 7-day return policy (joke!); I returned the car after four days and wanted to exchange the car. The salesman checked the computer reluctantly and told me they had nothing with the same price. He offered another CRV with a price 2-3k higher! Are you kidding me? New 2017 CRV is 23-24k while he wanted me to pay near 20k for a used 2014 CRV!!! I asked them to look for any SUV, any make and model does not matter to me, just with clean body; he said they didn't have any! In summary, I have never seen in my life such a group of people who lie systematically in a great team work! Good job folks! PS: The salesman Amir called me and promised that he will take care of all the repairs the car needs. I should emphasize that I had the least problem with the salesman. He tried to help as much as he could but the major part of my review goes for the dealership not the salesman specifically. Their strategy of catching customer and selling cars with problems represented as clean certified car is dishonest. If I wanted repaired car, I had better deals with prices as much as 4-5k lower. I was promised and paid the price of a clean car but now I need various repairs. Just to be fair I have to mention that the salesman has promised to do all repairs the car needs! More

Most relaxed buying atmosphere We reached out to Eastern after finding an SUV of interest online. The gentleman who answered the call asked enough questions to know we were located We reached out to Eastern after finding an SUV of interest online. The gentleman who answered the call asked enough questions to know we were located in northern Virginia, and the vehicle we wanted to view was in Maryland. Within 2 hours of my call, he had the vehicle sent to the northern Virginia (Sterling) location for us to review. We were met with a very receptive and nonaggressive sales staff, lead by Craig. Craig had already been prepared for our arrival, and had us in test drive mode within minutes. Craig was able to answer all of our questions, and anything he didn't know offhand, he found out swiftly for us. We brought our entire family of 4, with two sons in tow. While my wife and I were figuring our way through the buying options, Craig got our boys some snacks and drinks, and was just outstandingly easy to work with. Craig wasn't at all ruffled by our back and forth of the details of sale, and made my wife and I feel incredibly comfortable with the entire experience. While paper work was being drafted, he eve brought out a football and played catch with our boys out on the lot. We are over the top ecstatic with our experience at Eastern Automotive of Sterling. Every single point of contact was remarkable. We will be recommending their team to anyone we know. We will also look forward to doing business with them again in the next year or two, when it's time for me to get a new car. (This one was for the wife) More
