Ice Breaker Randy and Bic were the deal breaker. They made me feel very comfortable and got me the best interest rate for my credit score. I could have gone to Randy and Bic were the deal breaker. They made me feel very comfortable and got me the best interest rate for my credit score. I could have gone to Florida and pick up the same car with 12k miles less and $1000.00 cheaper. I decided not to do that because Bic went so much out of his way to try and close the deal. After deal was closed, they (Randy and Bic) are still great in answering questions about the car. I bought many cars in the last 20 years and never really experienced the willingness like them. They made me feel like I am their family. Thank you guys. You both did it!!!! More

Abhorrent at best You would think that with all the technology available today that at least one of the 3 people that I was talking to before I even went in would have You would think that with all the technology available today that at least one of the 3 people that I was talking to before I even went in would have been able to or at least warned me that this is not the place to go to because the whole "your job is your credit" is nothing more than a lure to get unsuspecting schmucks in with the hopes of being able to make their life better but in reality, they just take another big steamy crap on you.... And if it's a slow day, they'll run your credit enough times so all have at least one credit check ran so they don't get negative remarks for the day....xxxx do not go here, as a USMC vet , I'd rather sit on a porcupine than deal with these lackluster sales "professionals" and they are anything but professionals.... Sleazy dealer. Lied to me about the car warranty. This is a sleazy dealer and should be avoided. Last year I bought a pre-owned Cadillac from them, and they gave me official looking paperwork showing This is a sleazy dealer and should be avoided. Last year I bought a pre-owned Cadillac from them, and they gave me official looking paperwork showing that the car warranty would extend until June 2020. In fact the warranty expired in August 2018, which I discovered last week when I took my car in for service. I relied Eastern’s representation about the warranty coverage in buying the car. Eastern’s completely misled me. Avoid them. More
