Great customer service I'm usually hesitant to work with car dealerships but after meeting David Amin, my concerns were immediately put to rest. David was easy to talk to and made me feel at home. They way he interacted with me showed that he truly valued my business and genuinely wanted to help. He was knowledgeable and confident. He even gave me a follow up courtesy call the next day to ensure all my needs were met. Easterns Automotive and Randy Zemany = great combo We were looking for a third seat SUV for a few months now. Found some good options in one place: Easterns Automotive Group in Sterling. Drove dow We were looking for a third seat SUV for a few months now. Found some good options in one place: Easterns Automotive Group in Sterling. Drove down there and was assigned to Randy. He is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us (We had two adults - my wife and myself plus two young kids). He took time to answer all of our questions and direct us to the right car. We finally settled on a 2015 Infiniti QX60. He had a better model delivered from their Alexandria office and closed the deal 24 hours later. We ended up with a great SUV, 1K mileage lower than the original one, better ride quality, and better interior. Thanks for the great effort and staying late Randy! More
