DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Scam artists Sahand Pourkalbassi (saleman) and the manager at this location lied to us and sold us product we did not ask for or know we were puchasing. Our car c Sahand Pourkalbassi (saleman) and the manager at this location lied to us and sold us product we did not ask for or know we were puchasing. Our car came with one key. We asked to purchase a new one. We paid nearly $500 for a new key, only to find out they sold us a replacement policy for if we lose our one key. Sahand kept trying to sell us a replacement policy. We told him "no", we just want a key. Turns out he gave me a paper to sign for the key. But it was actually the replacement policy, not for a new key. When we call to ask about the key, the manager keeps lying to us and saying they will have someone contact us to have a key made, but nobody ever calls. We purchased the car almost a month ago and still no key. Our car also died after 3 1/2 weeks - nothing works or starts. We called Eastern to have their service warranty pick it up and fix as it is still under their 30 day warranty. I was told the manager, Amir was contacting the service department and that he would call me back the same day. No call, nothing. We also purchased an extended warranty. Sahand gave us a brochure for the policy we were buying. So we called the brochure phone number to find out we had no policy with that company. They sold us a policy from another company, not the one they represented to us in their office - Bait and Switch. We bought the car nearly 4 weeks ago and still don't have plates. They keep telling us they are in, but never call to have them picked up or to tell us they have been mailed. They boasted the title work is all done in-house so the process is quick to get plates. No it is not. We will be driving the car illegally in 4 days as the paper plates are about to expire. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! We are being forced to get legal representation to get our money back for a key we paid for but they won't provide, and for the warranty which was with another company other than the one they told me we were purchasing from. DISHONEST. More
