Just finalized a purchase this afternoon and it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. I knew from the moment that I scheduled an appointment over the phone that this was a team I w most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. My gut was right because as soon as I walked in, every team member was extremely helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and *each and every single one* on the team went above and beyond to help me through this purchase. After my first visit earlier this week, I knew I did not want to even try dealing with any other dealership, and that was without even finding the car that I wanted. But they were able to help me find a car that I *love* and here I am! I worked directly with Sahand who was an absolute joy to work with in *every way*. If I began to list every example, I'd run out of space here! He was super patient, listened carefully to what I was looking for, was super responsive, gave me solid advice, and was just *genuine*. That's what we look for most when making a big purchase like this. I truly felt like I could trust him and the team. I want to make sure I give a special shout out to Amir who ran the finance component, Ali and William who both jumped into the backseat of 2 different coupes to make sure my family (who didn't come) would fit, and Tawana who completed the paperwork with professionalism and efficiency. The facility and vehicles in the showroom were immaculate, which is so hard to say for typical used car dealerships. You can tell that every person on this team has great attention to detail. Everything down to the lighting, the music, the cheery disposition of the staff, made it a really great experience overall. I had the best experience I have EVER had buying a car with Sahand at Eastern Automotive. He was very patient with me and made me feel like I was shopping for a car with a longtime friend instead of a pus with Sahand at Eastern Automotive. He answered every single one of my questions, and trust me I asked more questions than a toddler hyped up on sugar. He and Amir laid all of options out for me and made sure I was not only happy with my purchase but financially comfortable with it as well. That was very impressive to me because with as uncertain as the financial world is right now they focused on making sure I'd be okay instead of doing what they could to line their pockets. Early in the process I mentioned to Sahand that I was in a bad place with my credit because of some challenges that I faced not long ago and he made sure I was mindful of that when I'd get excited about all the beautiful cars I saw. Although at times he was helping other customers, he did his best to show me that I was important and he wasn't just going to put me in the back burner for a better.
