I’m very frustrated. I received an online quote for my car at $10,825. I didn't respond, but they texted me this week saying "My name is XXXX from Easterns Automotive Gr I received an online quote for my car at $10,825. I didn't respond, but they texted me this week saying "My name is XXXX from Easterns Automotive Group, I understand that you are looking to trade in your current vehicle. There was an offer sent to you however we could improve this upon final inspection of the car. Are you able to come in today?" I was not able to come that day, but we scheduled time for Saturday at 10am. I showed up promptly, was told it would be 20 minutes. After about 40 minutes I was offered $4500. What a waste of time and insult to me. I've never been a customer & never will be now. What a terrible experience & waste of time! More
