Great Service! I messaged ahead of time to make sure I could get into the vehicle I absolutely wanted. Marvin made it happen! The vehicle was at another location but I messaged ahead of time to make sure I could get into the vehicle I absolutely wanted. Marvin made it happen! The vehicle was at another location but he made sure it was on location by the time I came in for my appointment. Everything was taken care of ahead of time so all I had to do was test drive and sign a few forms and I was on my way. This was the best and quickest service I ever received when getting a car. Good experience Marvin was knowledgeable about the Acura TLX I bought. It was a “no pressure” experience and I was buying at the end of the month. the paperwork was Marvin was knowledgeable about the Acura TLX I bought. It was a “no pressure” experience and I was buying at the end of the month. the paperwork was fast and easy. Why didn’t I give them 5 Stars? The car had a remote start feature. I asked to have 2 keys with the remote start functionality included in the price, or if that was not possible the cost deducted from the price. I was told over the phone by the supervisor “ sure- no problem “. When I came in to pickup the car and sign the papers I was told it would be $265 for the additional key and there would be no deduction off the price. So that was a little frustrating. But overall it was a very positive experience. More
