I was reluctant at first to go to Eastern's because I was turned down by 3 other dealers for my trade/negative equity. My sales rep, Michael Davis, actually gave me another solution, that no other deale was turned down by 3 other dealers for my trade/negative equity. My sales rep, Michael Davis, actually gave me another solution, that no other dealer thought about - and it worked. Michael was very friendly and made my experience there very bearable. He was very attentive and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. I was very satisfied. Although I wasn't able to be placed in what I truly wanted, which was an AWD SUV, I was still placed in a very nice vehicle - Honda Accord. When I left there, I had one issue - my car wouldn't start because of the battery. Michael actually came all the way to where I was and gave me a jump, despite it being after his work hours and he still maintained his great customer service. I was truly impressed, and I truly feel that's going above and beyond for a customer. He is also having the dealership replace my battery. I would definitely recommend people not just to Easterns, but to use Michael Davis as their sales rep. Everything was great, if I could change anything, it would be the ability to actually select the vehicle myself. Michael made a great choice for me (especially because I love Hondas), but I would have loved to know all of the options that were available. Michael - keep up the great work, because you have just earned yourself a customer for life. More

My experience with this dealership was extraordinary. My Sales Consultant, was very professional as well as friendly. He listened to my concerns and needs and responded to them appropriately. I am most satisfied with the Dealership, most particularly my salesman (Robert Stephens) and the Sales manager. I was in the Dealership approximately two months ago but was unable to purchase unt particularly my salesman (Robert Stephens) and the Sales manager. I was in the Dealership approximately two months ago but was unable to purchase until I was clear to drive by my Doctors.Mr. Stephens called me on various occasions to see how I was feeling and to keep me abreast of the cars available. We had previously discussed the type of vehicle that I wanted to purchase. When I called him to set up an appointment he not only confirmed it but informed me of the dealership receiving just the vehicle that I wanted. With assistance from the Sales manager I was able to get the car that I wanted. Mr. Stephens is a professional in all phases of the business. I will/have recommended others to him. M. The salesman, Mr. Stephens was courteous and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful regarding our credit situation and worked with us to get the car we could afford.
