A few years ago, I had a wonderful experience with Easterns. I purchased a Lexus 330. Because of my past experience, my first stop for a new car was Easterns. I called before I came and the salesman that knew that phone calls were just as important as walk ins, was Dozie Nwachuku. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I was interested in only a select group of cars. Many times you are put in a car you don't want. Dozie kept the lines of communication open with the finance department to get me what I wanted. I went to Eastern's looking to purchase a used Lincoln MKZ. It turned out the specific Lincoln we went there to look at which we thought was there had just been transferred to another location, bu Lincoln MKZ. It turned out the specific Lincoln we went there to look at which we thought was there had just been transferred to another location, but while we were there we found a newer model there on the lot that met all of our requirements and expectations of what we were looking for in the car. Exterior color, interior color, low miles, navigation, everything. The price was a little bit higher than what we originally wanted to spend, but the car was just what we wanted. Working with Jason and Jesus was wonderful. They were able to make everything work down to a good interest rate and affordable monthly payments. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a car. He was even nice enough to come down to my home to close the deal and personally delivered the car right into my driveway! My experience with easterns was amazing! Everyone there i had contact with was very nice and welcoming. This was my first time purchasing a car and Jason made it very pleasent and easy. Jason was very understandable and patient, I had an idea of what i wanted and Jason did everything in his power to make me happy.We could not find thatone special car i wanted I was there for two days almost looking and test driving at least 5 cars before we found one on the website and he had the car brought to the dealership within 30 mins. He walked me threw all the steps with the paper work and made sure I was happy with the car. He even followed up with me after to make sure i was happy.
