Well, I wasn't sure about going to Eastern Motors at first. I'd been into that sales center years ago and was not impressed by the cheese pizza eating salesman with the grease stains on his that approa first. After that experience I vowed not to come back but my husband talked me into it. Why? First, we live very close to the lot and the cars all look of good quality. So we stopped in one night (Dec. 29th) and was approached by Rayford Scott, an interesting young man with a witty sense of humor (liked that about him). He eventually got us to come inside to talk more about buying a car. Mind you, we weren't out to buy that night and we didn't think we could get one. Well, I told Ray that he couldn't get us a loan and he said watch me. Well, before we left that night we had one bank that was offering a loan! There was another that was holding. I was like 'OKAY...' So, we went home because we were waiting for a better offer from the other bank. I get a call the next day and Ray tells me that the other bank came back with a good response, so we headed up there that night. We got a good deal on a 2010 Nissan Altima and the finance guy, Chester Pinkney, made sure that we got everything we needed to get the deal done. I do appreciate the kind people I met there and wish them the best in the coming year. The only complaint I have is that the area where business is done is wide-open. There are no partitions or offices and even when financing is talked about, it is done in the open with other customers around. I just believe that personal business should be treated as such and at least partitions should be put up. But other than that we got an amazing deal and dealt with two great guys! Make sure to ask for Rayford Scott if you ever go there. Ciao More
