From the moment we pulled into the dealership parking lot, we received excellent service. Kyle Jackson and Lamont Gore were very attentive to the desires expressed to them. The entire process was explained to us thoroughly and was literally painless. These gentlemen provided superb customer service, even down to keeping my little ones happy and engaged. The vehicle that we were interested in was not at their present location, so they went into their system and made some phone calls. The next day, the vehicle that we were interested in was delivered to their location. We were able to test drive and inspect the vehicle. The next day we informed them that we wanted to purchase the vehicle, and they began to work on the paper work immediately. The process was seamless. An offer was accepted over the phone by the dealership. I drove an hour or so to Laurel to look at the car. After jumping through all the hoops, they declined the original offer. I spent approximately 2 days at the dealership before an offer was made. During the first day they went into a meeting for about a hour. After all of that time spent there, I did not feel I got the best of offer was made. During the first day they went into a meeting for about a hour. After all of that time spent there, I did not feel I got the best offer I could've got elsewhere. Overall the experience was bad because there were not good customer service skills and not enough communication before signing the contract. More
