Friendly and knowledgable We originally went in with a pre approval letter for car financing, as it turned out the company that sent us the letter turns us down so Coley helpe We originally went in with a pre approval letter for car financing, as it turned out the company that sent us the letter turns us down so Coley helped via the finance dept there to find us another finance company who helped us. We were able to leave there with a great car that we were looking for at a good price. Coley did an excellent job with the whole process as I did not think we would be able to get a car that day. We will be looking for a car for my husband next year in Feb to trade in our current car, and will be back at Eastern for help again on getting a car. We hope Coley will be there to help us again. More
