I visited the dealership no 26 December 2013. I was driving a rental car after my 2nd car was totaled. My backup vehicle also stopped working 2 weeks after the accident of my newest vehicle. What I didn't tell the salesman was that I was having a surgery the next day so it was imperative that I drove away that day with something. Paul nor Tim made me feel ashamed about my credit situation which I appreciated. Paul made sure I felt comfortable in the process and engaged in conversation with me which made me feel a little more at ease about the sale. Tim the manager also made sure I felt comfortable and was not too pushy as I have felt in the past with other dealerships. I appreciate them working with me and making this purchase work for me and what I could do. Paul even got me an auxiliary cord when asked why there wasn't one in the vehicle I purchased. I appreciate someone that can do the small things when they really have to. I would recommend this dealership and these two individuals out of anywhere else I've been. I had a lot of things going through my mind when I came in and making this process easier for me helped to take away a lot of the stress I was dealing with.
