I was asked would I take the car they day I arrived, if they could secure financing. They did so I purchased the car. Excellent Salesman My salesman Mr. Chavez was very friendly and polite. We didn't have a ride to the dealership so he picked up which was a big deal because of the rain. My salesman Mr. Chavez was very friendly and polite. We didn't have a ride to the dealership so he picked up which was a big deal because of the rain. He answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and made sure we felt as comfortable as possible by offering us refreshments and good conversation. He helped us get insured and made sure we got the lowest rate possible. I'm a first time car buyer and he gave me some good advice for the future as far as how to maintain the car and how to operate the many gadgets featured in the car. He explained clearly the payment plan so there will be no financial surprises in the future. After we signed all of the necessary paperwork Mr. Chavez walked me to my car, congratulated me, answered another 30 more questions that a first time driver would have, and politely wished me to have a great day. I was expecting a shark hungry for sales, so I'm glad I got Mr. Chavez. More
