Managment STINKS, would not recommend to anyone, this is the WORST EASTERNS of ALL,, wasted an entire day of my time with the sales person, Manager never came over to let me know exactly what was happening the WORST EASTERNS of ALL,, wasted an entire day of my time with the sales person, Manager never came over to let me know exactly what was happening with trying to find someone to finance the deal. I had to end up going to his desk to ask him what was going on, after which he said they could only finance a small car for me, I DID NOT go there to purchase a car.. and I know my job stability and income would allow me to purchase a SUV,, My credit is poor, but the advertisement does not state anything about credit being an issue.. Joel did a great job of finding a car that fit my needs and getting financing done, despite my less than stellar credit situation. Joel and his manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time me and my wife purchased a car from Eastern's and both times i have had a great experience. Mike made our purchase seamless and pretty easy, even though he was not our initial sale from Eastern's and both times i have had a great experience. I have never before had such an excellent level of service, or been made to feel so comfortable when making such a large-ticket purchase. Having worked in the customer service field for over thirty years, I have rarely been exposed to such a professional, but personable, staff.
