I am so happy! I walked into Easterns Automotive Group expecting the worst and knowing that I would not leave with a car. After departing the site for home, he called me and informed me that it was on site. I returned to the site an hour later and test drove the vehicle and I was very pleased with the vehicle. After a lengthy debate I returned on Monday June 1, 2015 to have my trade appraised and on Tuesday June 2, 2014 I took ownership of a 2012 E350 Convertible Mercedes. The interaction with Mr. Robinson and the General Manager was a very pleasant interaction that is missing at most dealerships.
