Satisfied Customer As a normal buyer I went in with an ideal car in mind. While I searched the grounds for the vehicle I was looking for I was greeted by Lenard Thompson As a normal buyer I went in with an ideal car in mind. While I searched the grounds for the vehicle I was looking for I was greeted by Lenard Thompson. He asked if I was in the market for a new pre-owned vehicle and if so what kind. I explained to him the vehicle I wanted not only did he offer to assist me but also made me feel at home. Ironically, they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted so he began to dig deeper into the type of vehicle (i.e. features, body styles and manufacturers) I was looking for. He was very patient and understanding. We began to search their inventory for similar vehicles to what I was looking for, we settled on a few, I test drove them all then I decided on my vehicle. He made sure that I left with the vehicle I wanted the same day. Due to my indecisiveness the process took around 4 hours. Again, he was patient and wanted to be sure he knew exactly what I wanted. He was very friendly and a people person. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend this sales person as his profressionalism and incite into getting the customers needs met were exemplary. More
