New Van Robert Mitchell was a very attentive and personable sales associate. I was not expecting to actually leave with a new vehicle. I took the test drive and loved the way the car rode. I loved the amenities the van came with. The place was nice and clean. This is my second vehicle from this location. Customer Service I was apprehensive about Easterns but was pleased that my initial concern was not warranted. I was treated very professionally by Adrian & the Manager I was apprehensive about Easterns but was pleased that my initial concern was not warranted. I was treated very professionally by Adrian & the Manager, Rick. Very neat & clean facility and pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend the Hyattsville location to friends. My only concern is that it was apparent to me that the woman who presented my documentation to me was obviously accustomed to people sighing without reading anything. She didn't seem pleased that I read & questioned what I was signing. That could be an issue with my recommendations as I don't have any friends or associates who sign anything without review. More
