My Car Buying Experience at Easterns I saw a very nice pearl grey/black Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic AWD that was extremely reasonably priced on the Easterns website that I wanted to get. T I saw a very nice pearl grey/black Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic AWD that was extremely reasonably priced on the Easterns website that I wanted to get. The site said I could make an offer, so I did. Shortly after doing so I received a call from a sales manager who confirmed receipt of my inquiry and wanted to answer any question I had about the vehicle. After asking my questions, he invited me to come to the showroom to test drive the car and see if I liked it in person. Due to the holiday, I was not able to make it for the test drive for a few days, but when I returned to town I contacted the sales coordinator I guess who left a message just letting me know the car is available to test drive anytime I could make it. When I arrived at the showroom I was greeted by the manager who introduced me to my sales agent, Adrian Chavez-Zurita, who walked gathered my information, took me on the test drive and made what I thought would be a pain-staking process into a pleasant experience. I was approved the next day, I went at night, for my vehicle, submitted my insurance and met the ladies in finance, Michelle and Sherita who make the financing paperwork effortless as well. I would not be giving a good review if I didn't think team that assisted me was not worthy of it. Adrian was very professional, answered all of my questions and concerns, had a lot of knowledge in the buying process and put me at ease. The financing department did the same and the terms of my contract were simply outstanding. I initially thought I would have to re-finance the vehicle in 6 months or a year to get better rates, but I am so happy with what they got for me I wont' need to do that. Definitely go to Easterns and ask for sales manager Tim and sales rep Adrian Chavez-Zurita. More
