I purchased my 2018 HONDA ACCORD in March of 2024. The car did not come with a tire jack or front tag bracket. Mr.Michael Robinson promised to reimburse me for both to no avail. Management informed me that they would resolve the issue to no avail. I spent over 400.00 for something(low jack service) I didn't want in the first place.
