Let me start off by saying I bought my car here a couple months ago but when I pulled into the dealership I had a young man standing by my car with a big smile on his face . When I stepped out my car he int months ago but when I pulled into the dealership I had a young man standing by my car with a big smile on his face . When I stepped out my car he introduced himself “Ronnie” was his name . He thanked me for visiting Easterns and asked me if I needed assistance or if I had an appointment with anyone in particular. I told him no I was just picking up my tags . He told me he would be happy to assist me with it . This young man walked me into the dealership held the door open for me walked me into the office and introduced me to the lady that helped me with my plates . He waited and walked me out to my car and I drove away so happy with his customer service I went home and told my husband that young man had me wanting to buy another car even though I wasn’t even thinking about it . I still have his business card and when I’m ready I will come find him . I have never received that type of customer service anywhere and I’ve been to plenty of dealerships in my lifetime.
