This dealership is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Clarke was my sales rep. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, he stated that he would help me with teaching me how to use all the accessories including Clarke was my sales rep. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, he stated that he would help me with teaching me how to use all the accessories including connecting to Bluetooth the next day. I arrived and he was not there and they said that he was on vacation. No one else there knew about all the accessories other than connecting me to Bluetooth. I called to speak with him a few days later and he kept me on hold for 45 min. and I put in a complaint about that. The lady in Tag and Title talks to you rude. She hung up in face once after asking for her name. The next time I spoke to her she refused to give me her name. They need to record her conversations with customers. My tags have not arrived and now they are expired. The excuse is that the system has been down for a week. They have no back up system. They should know EXACTLY when your temporary tag will expire and should have another one expedited to you prior to it expiring. I’m still wondering how this organization has won awards for being the best. They’re VERY NICE to you up until you purchase the vehicle. Once you put other vehicle, they do not keep their word about anything that they promised to you. I would like to have the Owners email address so that I can email him and advise him of the unprofessionalism in this particular dealership from certain staff members. Someone PLEASE help me in getting this information! He needs to know that situations like this are hidden from him and the public and needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. This has been the VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER encountered in purchasing a vehicle. More
