I recently traded in a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L for a 2019 Ford Expedition because I needed more room and the Jeep was too small. Earnest Browning was our salesman and probably one of the best salesman 2019 Ford Expedition because I needed more room and the Jeep was too small. Earnest Browning was our salesman and probably one of the best salesman my husband and I have ever dealt with. Earnest was very knowledgeable of the business and the vehicles that they had. Because we arrived late and the car was brought over from their VA dealership the car still required a MD inspection so we were unable to drive the car home that night. Living about an hour a half away the dealership offered to deliver our new car the following day to our house. Earnest himself delivered the car to us! You can't beat service like that. In addition to Earnest all of the managers were extremely pleasant and helpful. We are in love with our new car and would highly recommend Easterns Automotive Group and especially Earnest!. More
