Worst transaction I’ve ever had. Took over a month and multiple emails to get copies of the transaction paperwork. Service plan was paid for but not issued and emails to Easterns about it either take forever to be responded to or at this point have NOT been responded to. Emails and texts are left unanswered. Co-signer was put as primary owner so everything has been issued to an out of state address and now it’s up to me to get it changed. More

I went to Easterns because I saw a car online that I had been looking for through a 3rd party app. Lamont was great to work with and I had a seamless experience with him. There was an issue with the veh been looking for through a 3rd party app. Lamont was great to work with and I had a seamless experience with him. There was an issue with the vehicle where the microphone in the car wasn’t working. The dealership took care of the cost to run the diagnostic to identify the issue. Lamont assisted through that entire process as well and worked with Mike, the Sales Manager to come to a resolution. Both of them were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Lamont if you’re thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I also recommend Easterns if you’re looking for a vehicle. I’ll be back again when the time comes to purchase another car. More
