When I first arrived Irving was very pleasant and friendly and the first to greet me at the door. He also was very detailed in my options and the process of getting into a used car. I was in the dealership for over 5 hours but he constantly checked on us and provided excellent customer service. I left the car dealers in a 2011 chevy traverse.
