Got the car I wanted but took way too long I will start with I hate car shopping because of the experience and this was typical. I came to this dealership looking for a very specific car. Gabe I will start with I hate car shopping because of the experience and this was typical. I came to this dealership looking for a very specific car. Gabe was very timely in greeting me after I finally managed to figure out there is only the one entrance to the lot and you can’t drive through, you have to park and get out to walk the lot, good way to ensure you have to talk to a salesman. The car I wanted had been moved to another location. They told me 45 minutes to get back it took over an hour and a half I expressed several times I wanted to run an errand but was assured the car was “almost here”. From start to finish my visit took over six hours. I did get the car I wanted but it was not detailed inside and out the way a car should be when you drive it off the lot. My salesman did attempt to do the cleaning himself which I appreciated. They were very nice and seemed to have a good selection of cars but it appeared that they held you hostage until you agreed to buy some of the extended warranty packages. and they will ask several times for a review. So in a few words standard high pressure car sales techniques designed to wear you down. Prepare to spend a full day if you want a car. And misleading about matching your banks financing rates “it’s only slightly higher”. I have a different definition for slightly when it comes to interest rates apparently. (Regarding my not recommending I don’t recommend any dealership, again I hate the experience and I lost an entire day to them on a process that should only take a couple hours.) More

Purchased 2016 Mazda 6 I initially visited Easterns for a Mazda 6 car I viewed online. I called first and when I arrived I was immediately welcomed. Though they were busy, I I initially visited Easterns for a Mazda 6 car I viewed online. I called first and when I arrived I was immediately welcomed. Though they were busy, I was immediately assisted. I took a test drive and asked probably 25+ questions. They answered them all. When I visited I had a specific purchase goal. They could not budge on the purchase cost. But, were able to get me an interest rate nearly 2% below my goal interest rate - simply fantastic! Other than excellent quality and great service, I believe their ability to work with a variety of clients sets them apart (great credit, abhorrent credit, down payment, etc). I spent multiple hours with Preston and visited him on three different occasions. I would (and will) definitely recommended him and his Easterns team. More
