What started out as a pleasant experience has turned into a mild nightmare. First of all one of the options that I was told was on the car at the time that I purchased it is not there, even though the salesm a mild nightmare. First of all one of the options that I was told was on the car at the time that I purchased it is not there, even though the salesman guaranteed that the car was equipped with it. Three days later I start hearing knocks and pings coming from the right rear side of the car. I called and they said to bring it in the next morning at 10 AM, which of course I could not do because like most people I work. One of my concerns when I purchased the vehicle was a white filmy substance that covered the whole dashboard. I was told that it would easily come off, and it was taken around back for cleaning. 1 week later, the substance was back on the dashboard. Not knowing what it was I carefully tried to clean it with some mild soapy water and let it dry. Two days later the film was back. I finally took it to a detailer who was able to give me a solution for the care of it. Two weeks later I find out that there was a 7 day exchange policy, for which I wasn’t told about nor did I see it on the contracts that I signed. If it was there, trust me it is in very small writing not meant for the consumer to see. I found this out today when I had to call and speak with a manager at the location because, as I am driving on the highway, the radio console that connects to my mobile phone started making a loud beeping sound. The sound was so loud I almost had an accident. Then the screen went blank and I could not use the navigation, thus making me make a wrong turn off the highway and being lost for almost 10 minutes until I could safely pull over to get navigation from my phone. Of course they want me to bring it in the next day at 10 AM, which means I have to take a day off so that these issues can be addressed. There is a 30 day guarantee where I can bring it in for them to repair, but #1 - there should not be this many issues when purchasing a car from this company and #2, how long will it be before something else goes wrong with the car and I have to use my deductible to get that fixed. Funny how the car ran great during the test drive but less than a week later it presents several problems. I also found it strange that they asked me not to have the car inspected within the first 30 days because a it somehow messes with their paperwork and registration. After asking around at some other dealers, that doesn’t seem to be the case. I went to this location where they initially made me feel welcome and attentive, and now I feel that they were not truthful and just wanted to make a sale. Be very very careful if you decide to try and purchase from them. I am very sorry that I did. Trust means a lot to me and my trust with them is now bill and void. More
