There were a few things that didn't go my way but Lonnie and his Manager Keon did everything they could to help me out. Not so much Danny. I had some issues and not once did he come speak to me. He continued to have messages delivered to me via another person while were literally in the same room. I feel like a good manager would come have a face to face conversation with a customer dealing with an issue. Overall it was a good experience thanks to Lonnie and Keyon.
