I live in Florida and after a month of looking for a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML 350 with all the optio Easterns Automotive Group Alexandria is excellent. I live in Florida and after a month of looking for a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML 350 with all the options for my wife, I finally found one at Easterns Alexandria. On Tuesday night I called their headquaters to make sure the car was still available. On Wednesday morning I called the local dealership in Alexandria and spoke with Mirza. He was excellent. He helped me tremendously since I was a buyer from out of state on 3 major areas. (1) I wanted to pay a small deposit to secure and hold the vehicle until Saturday when I could get to Alexandria. Mirza ran around between his manager and the finance department and continually kept me updated via text and phone and I was able to pay the deposit over the phone and secured the vehicle. (2) I was already pre-approved by my local bank in Florida for the car loan. Mirza served as the liason between me and their finance department. I contacted my banker and she spoke directly with Mirza's team. We were able to reach an agreement about the finance procedure of how my Florida bank would release the funds on the loan to Easterns Automotive when I was able to get to Alexandria. (3) I had scheduled an appointment with a local Mercedes dealer to do a pre-purchase inspection of the car prior to my arrival. After I made the deposit, I asked Mirza to take the car to the MB dealer for the inspection in my absence. On Thursday night, Mirza dropped off the car and left it overnight at the MB dealer as we had arranged. By Friday the inspection was over. I paid the dealer over the phone and received the news that the car was in excellent condition. Mirza took the car back from the dealer on Friday. I arrived from Florida to Alexandria on Saturday with my wife and all the issues were already resolved with Mirza's help. We test-drove the car and then purchased the car. Everything was addressed prior to my arrival. Dan is a tough negotiator but a really good guy. He gave us a full tank of gas and we left for the long journey to Florida. Thank you Mirza for all your help. We love the car. More
