No Heavy Sales Pitch!!! I walked into this dealership not exactly sure of what to expect. You hear stories of people being overwhelmed with the experience. Feeling pressured I walked into this dealership not exactly sure of what to expect. You hear stories of people being overwhelmed with the experience. Feeling pressured into making a purchase. Then regretting the purchase as it may have been more than they intended to spend. My experience was none of the above. Lonnie asked me some basic questions... and kept me within my budget and comfort level. Once he knew that I wanted an SUV... seeing what I was driving... he made sure the vehicle he showed me wasn't too far from the size and price I wanted to spend. The price was not hidden... the Carfax report was given and he looked for recalls for my intended purchase. Most importantly, he asked me... after every transaction leading up to the purchase if I understood or had any questions, which he answered patiently. I would absolutely recommend Lonnie if you walked into this dealership. He will definitely keep the experience as smooth as possible. More

Looks good on the outside. I am writing this because I feel cheated. I purchased a car from Easterns in April. It is now September & I am having an issue with my car over heatin I am writing this because I feel cheated. I purchased a car from Easterns in April. It is now September & I am having an issue with my car over heating stemming from a problem with the head gasket. The repair cost is very costly. For a 2016 car, the mechanic said these issues shouldn’t happened. & it’s hard for me to believe that the mechanics at Easterns did not pick up on this. But you live & learn. Never again will I buy a car from a used car salesman. More
