I struggled with doing this review but, here goes.. My hubby and I knew the exact (used) suv/make/model and color that we wanted and found a handful of them around the area. Two of them were about 10 grand more but 1/2 the miles and newer. But, due to our budget, we chose to go with the older/higher miles one here. (2017 cadi escalade). They would NOT come one drop off the price and offered us less than trade in on our 2018 volvo suv, and didnt seem to care that we left. We had our trade, extra keys, paperwork for it and we have very good credit. So, we sat in the car, made some calls, found a better deal in MD (she offered prices over the phone and really wanted our business) but it was another hour away (we live in fredericksburg va) so we went back in and asked for anything better, so they offered just 500 more for our trade. So, we went with it. Our salesman was very nice as was the manager, having said all of this. The music was loud and awful. Mostly hip hop or night club dance music with a couple of good oldies mixed in. It was distracting, with a TV going on above our heads and the music playing, I could barely hear my insurance lady when we called to transfer insurance. I asked them to turn it down but they said they can't, that it is controlled upstairs. Then, go up there and turn it down, lol. We bought an extended 100k warranty, The manager said it's ON TOP of the current mileage but the finance office lady said it includes the 44k miles so we really only got a 56k mile warranty for over 3 grand??? (but later, I called the warranty people myself and the good news is, the manager was right, finance was wrong, it is in fact ADDED to the 44k so I have a 144k ext warranty. You all need to be on the same page, is all I ask. We waited a very very long time just for a trade in value and its a nearly new 2018 vovlo suv, in exc condition yet they were talking about auction/wholesale prices. The reason for this purchase is we just wanted to go bigger/taller and we have had cadi's in the past. Then we waited a very long time for finance. It took way too long sitting outside of their office while no customers were inside at the time. You can see them (two ladies) through the window and open door. Maybe update the customer why the long wait when they have no customers. Maybe offer the customer a snack or water while waiting? They did give us a full tank of gas, (I asked for this, as is standard practice) but the "clean up" job was not good. We took it home and cleaned it up inside and out, giving it the love it deserved. I only say "NO" to going there (per the check off box above) if you want to feel appreciated or you may want to go elsewhere. And if you love loud annoying music while making a critical decision, then this is the place for you. I would suggest you all lower the music, and put something less aggressive (music) and cut the tv's off. Maybe have one in a waiting room (upstairs, while waiting on the finance office to kill time) but not hanging right over a salesman's desk. I am only doing this review in hopes that you all will really read it and to help you make it a more pleasant place to do business. We had to buy our own front tag (as required by va law) and get our own emissions (per 10 day order from the finance office to comply). That was surprising being that other dealers in Va made sure their suv was in compliance. As we drove it home, we noticed how badly it pulled to the right at higher speeds. (didnt notice this on the ride around the block at lower speeds, thats on us as we should have taken it on the highway but it was getting late) so, we paid for a 4 wheel alignment and it was in fact way off, pullng to the right but is all fixed now. Not sure what their 100+ point inspection was all about, but we suspect one was not really done. The "oil life" was 80% when we were told it was just changed. Things like that worry me about this dealership. I hope you all dont mind my honest review. Thank you for your time. Gail. More

Right away, Anthony Kha gree I've visited the Easterns Automotive dealership in hopes of trading in my current vehicle for a more suitable family car. Right away, Anthony Kha greeted us and was very hospitable from the start. He made sure we were comfortable and consistently was attentive to even our unexpressed wishes. As we sat down, he provided my daughter with crayons and a coloring book which kept her distracted through what I thought would be a long period of time. As expected, we ran into unexpected obstacles throughout the process, which is where Vinny Vannavong came in. He provided my family with genuine care and comfort, providing us with options with the goal of having us leave with smiles on our faces. The process ended up being half as long as I anticipated it to be, with the help of Anthony's and Vinny's competency and dedication. They truly are a prime example of individuals who love what they do, and shows with the quality of their work ethic. Obtaining a new vehicle is a milestone, and I'm happy to say that Anthony and Vinny will always be a part of our special family memory! More
