HUGE praise for Lonnie Rush I've bought many cars in my life and dealt with many different dealerships, but never have I had a more open and honest experience than I recently did I've bought many cars in my life and dealt with many different dealerships, but never have I had a more open and honest experience than I recently did when I was able to buy my dream car through Lonnie Rush! I initially made contact to the Alexandria Easterns Automotive as I had seen the car I wanted on their website; a beauty of a 2016 Tiguan. My first contact was Lonnie Rush and he immediately familiarized himself with, and understood, my situation (less than good credit) and, after having visited other area dealerships and having been turned down, there this guy was, who obviously knows what he's doing. Lonnie advised me that I could actually, for real, buy a car from them, based on my initial info, and once we had all paperwork taken care of. Even before I submitted any documents to them, he guided me through and explained every step, so that there were no misunderstandings or false hope. He never pressured me into anything, kept everything very factual, and left the decision up to me. Buying a car is a major purchase and should not be taken lightly, so to actually meet someone as professional and competent as Lonnie is a huge blessing. I was able to drive into this dealership in my old 2008 Escape - and drive out in my new, beautiful 2016 Tiguan within a couple of hours. Lonnie even got me the best deal for my trade-in! In addition, Lonnie advised me to get a 24 months extended full coverage and rolled it into the final financing. I now not only have the car of my dreams, but also peace of mind for the next two years!!! When I called him a few days later to let him know that I'd noticed a minor mechanical issue, he simply told me to bring it in and they would take care of it at no cost to me. Even gave me a loaner car for the few days it was in the shop! He also kept me updated at all times, so that I knew exactly what to expect. When I picked up my Tiguan today, it was good as new and I couldn't be happier :O) If you're in the market to purchase a new/used car, please do yourself a favor and contact Lonnie Rush. You will not be sorry! I never thought I'd write a review of a car sales person, but with this experience, I do not see how I could not... I'd also like to mention the great service and response of Kevin in the finance department. He, too, was very helpful and always friendly and informative. Overall, the entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. Just an extremely wonderful car buying experience for once. Our sales consultant, Moustapha Bacha, was very kind, courteous and attentive. Ismelda Tejada made doing the paperwork a pleasure. She had the paperwork well organized and we were ready to drive our new car away in no time. At Eastern's Alexandria you will find unbeatable pricing, excellent customer service and access to a huge selection of vehicles which can be pulled from their many locations.  Even though it is a four hour round trip we wouldn't shop anywhere else.  More
