The atmosphere and interactions were so positive. Desmond was the salesperson that helped me. He was courteous, professional, funny, efficient— an overall great guy and great at his job!! I was in and out of the desalership in less than 2 hours and I got the vehicle that I saw on their website. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I’m the type of person that really appreciate truthfulness and genuine customer service and this is exactly what I got from the beginning. Diego followed up with me via email to get me an appointment and was very helpful over the phone. I sat down with the sales associate Mark and I cannot stress enough how well I was taken care of. i HATE feeling pressured and/or feeling like the sale is more important to the business than handling the customers concerns. He listened to what I was looking for and was extremely patient in taking me through the whole process. Amir helped faciliate the entire process as well and was VERY open and honest about what he could do for me. He also was very patient and ended up getting me a great deal on a 2016 Corolla. The entire process was something I didn’t expect from the place initially and I will recommend this place to anyone seeking a vehicle.. go to the Alexandria location and rest easy knowing you’re in good hands.
