Diego followed up with me via email to get me an appointment and was very helpful over the phone. I sat down with the sales associate Mark and I cannot stress enough how well I was taken care of. i HATE feeling pressured and/or feeling like the sale is more important to the business than handling the customers concerns. He listened to what I was looking for and was extremely patient in taking me through the whole process. Amir helped faciliate the entire process as well and was VERY open and honest about what he could do for me. He also was very patient and ended up getting me a great deal on a 2016 Corolla.
