Excellent Customer Service I have been in the market for a few months looking for an SUV with captain chairs in the second row. We are a busy family of four and between the spo I have been in the market for a few months looking for an SUV with captain chairs in the second row. We are a busy family of four and between the sports equipment, loading and unloading, stopping and going, it just made sense to get captain chairs for our kids. When I found online my GMC Arcadia Denali, it was the week of my daughter's birthday in addition to work, kids school, kids activities so my week was booked! However, I knew that if I didn't take the time to test drive and look at the car in person, I was running the chance of losing it. Jesus Santos from Easterns ensure to have the car transferred from MD to VA and Robert Cadima went above and beyond to bring the car to my work site so that I could test drive it! A few days later I personally went to the dealership to finalize the purchase which was a very smooth transaction with Robert's and Vinny Vannavong's support through the process and paperwork. It was a successful team effort from Easterns with Robert going the extra mile to ensure that I would get the chance to test drive the car before purchasing it.
