Poor experience I purchased a 2017 car that was smelling smoke. I was told that the smell will go away with changing the air filter and using "The bomb" as an odor el I purchased a 2017 car that was smelling smoke. I was told that the smell will go away with changing the air filter and using "The bomb" as an odor eliminator but a month after the smell is still lingering. Eastern Automotive of Alexandria never received my tags and failed to inform me. So when I called todayI was told that since they could not get them they had a check for me ( sitting there for a month). I was never informed that there was an issue with the DMV and now I only have a few days to get it fixed before expiration of my temporary tags. Also, when I asked if they could send me the check by mail Tawanna (I believed) asked me to call back at another time since she was busy with another customer!! More
