I was honest about everything, and Desmond was honest back. The selection of vehicles was good. The vehicles are clean, which I seldom saw at a pre-owned dealership. The showroom was clean and comfortable; I spent hours there. I was treated like a princess through the entire process, which was complicated by my bad credit.
