After seeing bad reviews, I was reluctent. Eventually I decided to take a chance. Desmond was incredible. He is the top Sales Consultant at the Alexandria location, and it's easy to see why. I was honest about everything, and Desmond was honest back. The selection of vehicles was good. The vehicles are clean, which I seldom saw at a pre-owned dealership. The showroom was clean and comfortable; I spent hours there. I was treated like a princess through the entire process, which was complicated by my bad credit. Our bank made mistakes and was slow in paying them, and this was never an issue. They were pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue without any stress. Their willingness to make a car available to the closest dealer location was terrific. This saved us a lot of driving.
