After a quick buying experience, I felt confident about doing business with this dealership. However, I reached out to my salesman multiple times with no response. I contacted the manager who sent me to “C doing business with this dealership. However, I reached out to my salesman multiple times with no response. I contacted the manager who sent me to “Customer Care” who could care less. My engine oil light comes on and I was told I was due for an oil change. I have had two flat tires where the tires split from the interior wall, and the spare was low on air. I bought this car 3 weeks ago. The automobile auxiliary outlet gets very hit when using it, the radio randomly only plays from right side speaker and the screen display fades on and off. Basically I was told the tires went flat because I must have ran over something. Still never heard from my sales person. Worst customer care I have ever received. More
