Very confusing and frustrating experience Upon arriving on the lot we had to find our own sales person, it took almost an hour to test drive 2 vehicles (a 2017 Santa Fe and a 2017 Santa Fe Spo Upon arriving on the lot we had to find our own sales person, it took almost an hour to test drive 2 vehicles (a 2017 Santa Fe and a 2017 Santa Fe Sport). I then had to tell the sales men that there was a 2016 Santa Fe on the lot (I had a print out) - they found and we decided on it (due to the pricing of the 2017). We were told to come back at 12:00 the next day to have my car looked over - upon our arrival no one recalled that we were to be there (using my lunch hour) and THANK GOD I asked to see the 2016 one more time - after lots of confusion and delays I was told that car was actually sold when they spoke to us about it the night before and "sorry about that" and would be like to proceed with the 17 model. We were also told they would try and locate. 24 hours later we were notified that they were able to locate one - we had already found one in P'Cola, drove it, made a deal and were in the process of buying. We ended up getting the 2017 model for $6000 less than they quoted us on the 2016 model! We were paying cash for the vehicle! More
