October of 2022, I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Eastern Shore Hyundai who ensured that this vehicle was certified. This car was completely paid off within 1 month of purchasing. On 02/20/2024, I entered my car and it would not start. My insurance issued a tow truck to come out and possibly jump my car off however this was unsuccessful and my car had to be towed to Sandy Sansing Nissan in Pensacola FL. Sandy Sansing Nissan applied the diagnostic system however the car would not communicate with diagnostics. The mechanic wanted to test the BCM system and that is when he noticed electrical wiring that looked unfamiliar. This led him to pulling up the driver side carpet, not floor mat but carpet where a TRACKING DEVICE was found. I was not notified of a tracking device being placed on my vehicle when it was purchased even more so that my vehicle was paid off. This TRACKING DEVICE disabled my entire car. I’ve reached out to Eastern Shore Hyundai multiple times with being led to a different individual’s voicemail with no returned calls to this day. Sandy Sansing Nissan til this day is unable to get my car back running and Eastern Shore Hyandai is not accepting responsibility of the tracking device nor attempting to come to a solution regarding getting my car they sold certified to me fixed. I recently spoke with the manager of Eastern Shore Hyundai CORUM who was VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU MAY BE GETTING TRACKED. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! More
