Poor Follow Through!! Purchased a used Hyundai Coup for my daughter. Tim the sales person did an excellent job with the transaction. We waiting over a week to get the veh Purchased a used Hyundai Coup for my daughter. Tim the sales person did an excellent job with the transaction. We waiting over a week to get the vehicle, which was fine. Part of the delay was that we were told the car was going through a 150 point inspection. We of course were fine with that as we wanted to ensure the car was perfect for her. They also provided a loaner which was fantastic. Again, Tim was first class in this regard. Once we received the car, it was in for repairs within the first two weeks. There was an issue with the steering component and a small electrical issue. Both handled under the warranty. In addition, the battery died less than 3 weeks in, leaving my daughter stranded and of course an inconvenience when you are told a 150 point inspection was being done. In our minds a low or bad battery should have been detected. The cost to replace was nearly $200. I reached out to Tim and he agreed that they would reimburse us this amount. It has been over 4 months and this has yet to occur after several times being told the check was coming. Unacceptable and poor service. Pretty simple fix that apparently is out of Tim's control as he has on several occasions said it was being handled as best he could. I would appreciate this being taken care of ASAP as promised. Tim knows the deal, so just ask him. Thanks More
