Inconsistent and Dishonest DISHONEST AND NOT TRANSPARENT! The sales department at this dealership is certainly NOT thorough. I purchased a Certified Elantra from Eastern Shore H DISHONEST AND NOT TRANSPARENT! The sales department at this dealership is certainly NOT thorough. I purchased a Certified Elantra from Eastern Shore Hyundai BECAUSE of the advertised 100,000 mile warranty, and it was not until after my purchase did I realize that it does not transfer to the second owner. If I had known this to be the case, I would not have even purchased this vehicle. I have emails from my salesperson, Darrick Heath, claiming that the car did have this warranty, and to say that I am irritated to find out that my car does not have this warranty is upsetting to say the least. Also, I have since moved long distance, and when I take my car to get serviced at our local Hyundai dealer, I expect to have all my records be clear. This was not the case. I purchased a service contract, and I had to jump through hoops to prove that I purchased this said contract. They spelled my name wrong on title paperwork, and it took over 2 months to get my car corrected, registered, and obtain insurance. These are issues that I should not have to deal with, when making such a large purchase. All I have to say is BUYER BEWARE, and if you go into Eastern Shore Hyundai to purchase a vehicle just expect to be given many different answers and taken advantage of during the whole process. More
