They went above expectations answering our questions and making sure we were getting the exact vehicle we wanted. They made the experience very pleasant. My only negatives were that it took way too long to get into the financing office to finalize the deal (over 5 hours) and the payoff on my trade took almost 4 weeks after many phone calls on my part to straighten out. More
