Great Dealership to buy a Vehicle , ( No Pressure sales ) Last weekend I was ( Just looking ) for a slightly used Truck low miles ! East Coast Nissan had two listed on the internet with a nice price. My sales man ( Shawn Becton) he was great , knew everything about the Nissan trucks . We test drove two Trucks for a nice long ride and was sold on the nice quality of the trucks. After a short negotiation on my trade of my truck we made a deal ! I got a nice fair trade in value for my truck ! So I bought the truck from them last weekend . All a bunch a real nice people at this Dealership ! I would buy from them again ! More

Phenomenal buying experience / service after questionable Sales guys (Pete and Harry especially) are phenomenal. Super friendly without any pressure. I truly believe they focus on the customers best interest. I would definitely recommend considering them for your next purchase. Heck - I would even trust sending my 72-yr old mother to buy a car from them alone. I believe they are the of a last breed of businesses people who truly understand how to do business - by that, I mean where honestly, a handshake, and a long term reputation in the community matter. Their finance department was straight forward and did not take all that long. Good experience here as well. Nice guy. On the other hand, the service department was too busy talking on the phone to meet someone who just bought a $33K vehicle. The salesman and I stood there being ignored for over 5 minutes before we walked away and the sales staff apologized to me. This was very troubling... If they are too busy to take 30 seconds to say congratulations and to hand me a business card, then what sort of service can I expect after the sale? Be very cautious over this aspect of this dealership. Not sure if I would trust their service department to empty a trash. I don't know how to best describe them because they were too busy talking on the phone and ignoring me for me to even accurately assess. Even refused to make eye contact and acted like my standing there excited over my new purchase was a pain in their butt. Good news is that there are plenty of other places to get a vehicle worked on... just stinks that I will be taking my new truck to a dealership further way when the time comes for service or warranty issues. More

Consistent, Timely, and Above/Beyond Service Everytime I come in I am compelled to leave a review because of how kind, consistent, and helpful everyone at the dealer is. I've only been here twice to service my car and once for my roommate but they've remembered my face, ask how my roommate is and remembered her by name, and have always been pleasant. I dont feel like they are ever trying to take advantage of me, push me to do extra services or buy anything. They pointed out a nail in my tire and showed me a crack in my other one that I need to monitor. They informed me if I can hold off for a few more weeks without putting my safety at risk they have a 3 tires/buy 1 for $1 August 1st, but it would be in my best interest to look at new tires before making a cross country drive. More
