Efficient, courteous and thoughtful. My 10,000 mile check up was due so I took my Rogue in. I had some other errands and other things to do, so I was hoping the process would not take m My 10,000 mile check up was due so I took my Rogue in. I had some other errands and other things to do, so I was hoping the process would not take many hours. I was surprised to find that it took under one hour and that included my state inspection and a wash job. Great work! More

Customer service excellence Normally I don't even bother giving reviews, but the gentleman that got me in for my oil change and a few other services, was incredibly good at his j Normally I don't even bother giving reviews, but the gentleman that got me in for my oil change and a few other services, was incredibly good at his job. I think what impressed me the most was how genuine he was. He spoke informatively, and listened to understand. Made us feel like we knew him and were friends for years. I read straight through people's crap, and he was sincere. That's important to me. Ofcourse they did a good thorough job with my truck. Made sure I understood everything they did and what to expect. Answered all the questions I threw at him and never tried to sell me on anything (which is really annoying btw). Even the mechanics would walk by and talk for a moment. Just a great place, that will actually take care of you AND your vehicle. (Add on. Please explain why service associates are not listed below? You don't view them as important? Everyone knows a sales rep has a goal and they typically aren't very honest. The real representation of your company is all the OTHER staff. That upsets me that no service staff were listed. Fix this issue.) More
