The 1st time I was there was to get the switch fixed for the automatic windows on the driver side passenger side and the back driver side window, They had a do the computer diagnosis check 1at to find out what it was. It was fixed great. However, 3 days later my air conditioner goes out blowing only hot air. Took it back to Nissan and they did "another" computer check on the car and found out it was my compressor that needed to be replaced... I understood there was a waiting.period to get this checked and fixed. They were very complementary and very nice to me lending me a car to drive my fiance to work... it really helped my day out and then I came back with the rental car when my car was done. Then 2 days after my compressor was fixed for my air conditioning, I was driving down the road at a stop light and this kind man was waving to me to roll down my window and told me that my brake lights were not working. I was like oh my gosh!!!... like what??? Now another thing??? I've gotta go back to Nissan for? Needless to say, I was a little frustrated and was wondering what was going on as my fiance was getting mad because granted we had the "extended warranty" but, we still had to pay the $100 detectable each time...and whatever the warranty didnt cover. I was happy on the savings due to the warranty that I had but, I guess everything happens in threes who knows… The 3rd visit only ended up being the brake lights were broken and needed to be replaced. Joshua and Kenny are very nice guys, they try to accommodate me every time with the best customer service! They understood my frustration about coming back 3x within a 2week period about one thing happening after the other on my car... More
